SAP can be a difficult implementation for an organization.  However, Titan’s consultants have been quite competent to get our system working when others could not.  I recommend Titan as employing consultants who really do know what they’re doing.

The day before the programming for our mobility project was supposed to start, we got a call from another placement company that the consultant, that was supposed to be on site the next day (Thursday) was not available.  This person was a key part of this multi-million dollar project and the progress is closely followed by upper management, so needless to say that was a major setback.  A call to Titan (on Wednesday afternoon) and 3 days later (Monday) a senior technical resource was on site.  This was our first dealing with Titan, but it won’t be the last.
