Titan was founded on July 1, 2001, by former SAP executives with a vision to deliver trusted expertise and partnership to organizations navigating SAP complexity. Within weeks, we became an official SAP Partner and quickly grew to 15 consultants supporting client projects. When the events of September 11 disrupted business and reduced that number to just two, our team leaned in – strengthening relationships, building trust, and establishing a culture of resilience and adaptability that continues to define us today.
Since then, Titan has evolved into a trusted partner across industries, backed by leadership with an average of 25+ years of SAP experience. We combine deep expertise with agility in delivering project support, staff augmentation, and end-to-end solutions, tailored to each client. One of the organizations closest to our hearts is Cornerstone Ranch, whose mission is to empower adults with special needs to live an abundant life. We have been able to partner with this group by hosting Christmas parties, donating needed materials, sponsoring tables at fundraiser dinners, participating in crafts alongside the residents, bringing groups to the Frisco RoughRiders baseball games, and rolling up our sleeves to tackle physical projects at the ranch – all of which create unforgettable memories and remind us the value of serving others.
We believe “community” includes investing in the next generation of talent. Through our summer internship program with several local universities, we mentor students, involve them in real-world Mendix projects, and provide opportunities for them to present their projects in a professional environment. After completing the program, several have joined our staff team full-time, continuing their journey of growth and contribution. Regardless of their field of study, consistent feedback has been that the program is immensely valuable. As one of the 2025 summer interns shared, “Titan gave me the space and time to learn and grow, allowing me to explore, make mistakes, and improve.”
Our team is always ready to rally around important causes together. Through the Madix Annual Golf Tournament benefiting the American Cancer Society, our team has proudly “teed off against cancer,” helping raise funds for research and patient care while honoring loved ones affected by the disease. Additionally, Titan has been a Lonestar Sponsor of the Texas Big Star Half Marathon & 5K, which has raised more than $400,000 to benefit the Frisco Chamber Foundation and the Collin College Foundation. Several Titan team members have run in the race for many years, combining our sponsorship with personal commitment on the course.
