For this client, we combined complex steps into a single interface for Production Order Processing, reducing complexity, entry time, and training time significantly. With a modern design that highlighted essential information with visual indicators, this app guided users through data entry while flagging issues. Key features were the integration with SAP across multiple transactions, a Supervisor Approval workflow, and direct navigation from Mendix to SAP via SlipStream.
Our team optimized the customer request processing for credit, debit, and rebills with this app. The workflow tasks incorporated the plant factory calendars, holiday schedules, and due dates into the approval process. Approval levels were set based on amounts, with complex task routing based on department and product segments.
